It's hard to say without the full blown content...
So far I give it a 8/10!
But like I said...I will love this game like
no other as soon as most of the 12 star booty is
among us!
Can't understand a damn word of it yet, so I'll give it a 9/10.
When the English version is out, then it gets 10/10.
From what I've played I'll give offline mode an 8.
I'll hold off of rating the Online portion until I play it in English.
However, for what it does offer I'm sure I'll be giving it a 10.

How about E^99/10. I like it so much...
Story Mode : 4/10 [spiritless, predictable]
Extra Mode : 3/10 [above, with less content]
Network Mode @ Beta Status : 8/10 [missing plenty, but gorgeous and fun]
Network Mode @ Octobre 5 : 9/10 [cos there's always room to improve]
9/10, i would give it 10/10 if it had some pvp system.

Network Mode PC Beta: 9.5/10 My most enjoyed PSU time ever.
Story Mode: 3.5/10 Could of been better, PSO had a better story.
Network Mode Currently: 5/10 Not that enjoyable currently, even with new content I don't think that it'll get much better. Especially with everything taking forever to level, it makes it so horribly boring and unbarable.
