Protranser overall has been given quite a boost - as a Newman your main advantage is probably your ATA and MST but everything is now a lot more respectable.

Regardless of the improvements to the class, female Newman will always be the lowest HP and ATP, second lowest DFP, fourth highest ATA, highest EVP and MST on a low EVP and MST class, and highest TP on a class that can’t use TP at all.

So, relative to the other race and gender combinations, it’s easy to argue that they’re the worst off of the eight. But, still, don’t let that stop you from playing it if you want to. Remember these are marginal (usually less than 20% output) differences.

F newms will at least have their ATP pulled up enough that they're not restricted from having equally good equipment... S-ranks or high-end Tenora melee weapons e.g. I remember that being a problem early on.

I guess Freyja will be that indeed. I love th axe and the grenade launcher so much.
Help make the atp thing be overlooked when I hit hard enough and stun-lock or knock back bother some fiends.
