The blog is located on Blogspot and is open for comments, and is currently a bit bare. According to the first post:

Welcome to the PSU official Blog site. We will be taking you through all the best aspects of PSU with the help of the developers of the title themselves, Sonic Team! To begin with and for the first time, we have translated the official Japanese blog that comes directly from the team themselves

In the first of these we'll be taking you through the many aspects of the game. In addition to this we have been given exclusive access to Sonic Team for constant updates. So if there's something you like to know, feel free to add it to the comments page and we'll see what we can do!

I guess it's just something to bookmark now for future reference. Oh those wacky Sega people..
