Any info on hand-to-hand weapons?

I've been looking, and Icannot seem to find any of the hand-to-hand weapons such as the brave knuckles, angry fist, etc...
I've been told that you just kill things with your bare hands until somthing drops them, but I havn't had any luck.
Do you have to go into a certain stage or mode? (My primary char is a Force - it matters!!)
Any clues are appriciated!

Rumor has it that the brave knuckles are found in the forest on Vhard. Dunno.

I have found 3 Brave knuckles in the forest on very hard....Man!...I hate this weapon!
