gameguard error (need translation)

i got this error since the last gameguard update

do you know what this mean and what i have to do ? (i tried many things but still got the error)

If you cannot resolve the issue by reconnecting, try the fix SEGA had linked.

Worst case: Reinstall the game.
This happened to me once, but went away the second time I tried to launch the game.

tried already both and nothing

do you have the support mail link to give them erl files ?

don't know if i have to send it to sega or nprotect (looks like nprotect says to send it to sega but not sure)
