Converted times, for those who need it:
2 AM EST/1 AM EDT until 7 AM EST/6 AM EDT
1 AM CST
12 AM MST
11 AM PST/10 PM PDT until 4 AM PST/3 AM PDT

Just hardwire straight to the cable modem, that usually bypasses all firewalls ^_^
