Where to find rare boards?

I wanna get some rare weapons. But im not sure how to get rare boards. Are they dropped? Sold? If i wanted to get a force weapon would i be more likely to get it on neudaiz? Are there any other ways to get 9 and 10 star weapons? My in-game name is Ben^ and im a lvl 17 male newman force btw.

Well, I would buy force weapons on Neudaiz, because the difference between generic and Yohmei force stuff is one or two power, but plenty of pp.

But as far as rare boards go, I have a Moon Atomizer X board, but thats about it.
