What effects do certain elements have with diffrent weapon, I dont get it!
...elemental damage? Isn't it kind of self-explanatory? Fire elements makes a weapon fire (and red), for example.
Fire is good against Ice creatures.
Ice is good against Fire creatures.
Lightning <--> Earth.
Dark <--> Light.
I think it does around 25% more damage. I could be wrong. =x
This sounds kind of obvious, but if I craft a Fire weapon, for example, will it be weaker against fire type mobs, or do normal damage to them? I was hesitant to craft something with an element on it, just because I thought it might make the weapon less universally useful.
Yes, I'm pretty positive a Fire element against a fire creature will do around 25% less damage.. against other types exept Ice, it should do normal damage.
It could drain a % of your dmg on it instead of dealing normal dmg.
I guess? or it might drain some of the dmg, i havent tested it yet thought
Hmm... is there any particular element that's more universally useful than the rest, or should I just make as many different element'ed weapons as i can?
