Mei/Concentrate -- Where? (JP version)

I see the occasional Mei/Concentrate show up in player shops and since I don't have an extra 85,000 on hand, I was thinking I could go try finding my own. Since they're not sold in regular shops, people must be finding them somewhere, right?

Also, anybody got any recommendations for slot units for B Armors on a Fortecher Newman?

Concetrate units can be found for 10k on the JP version because they're total crap. 5 Seconds with your rod in the air waiting on one Gi spell is beyond useless.

The only unit that matters is mei/quick, period.

For the record, concentrate is from C and B rank rainbow beast mission end boxes, quick is from A rank Onma.

A Mei/Concentrate might be a good choice for Newman armour.
