ive come to realize.
has anyone noticed there are 4 different types.
None - no added chances.
2 silver stars - better chances
ALOT of silver stars - Really good chances
and Gold Star - Best chance.

everyone take a look there are 2 silver stars. one that only sparkles 2. and 1 that sparkles... ALOT

Yes, this is also refered to as luck. Item dropping, crafting and grinding seem to be influenced by luck.
