There was a topic about this earlier today i read. Someone crafted this on 360 already, but I dont know about ps2. Whether or not you get it to synth you cant equip neways

yeah, right now i have a 70% chance and my PM is lvl 33. I don't plan to do this thing right away. Gonna lvl my PM like crazy and gather all the items then do it. should be in the Mid 80% range when i synth. I think im gonna go with Ground for the Photon.
