pm tech raising

is there anything to raise the tech of a pm besides canes and wands etc? like an item or material?

Reverser disks are the most efficient way... 2* rating (+8 technic per feed) for only 1000 meseta. Restoratives also raise tech a little bit, but are much more striking oriented. For a full list of feeding, consult this table.

Tech discs are the cheapest, giving you +6 tech -1strk for 500 meseta

THe 350 FO weapons give +4 and also a -striking so you can put some diamates in there too.

I do not understand why everyone says Reverser disks are the best way.

Reverser = 1000MST +8 Tech

Any 1* tech disk = 500MST +6 Tech
(or +12 Tech for 1000MST)

Leveling a pure Tech PM off Reverser = 1,250,000MST

Leveling a pure Tech PM off 1* Spell Disks = 833,500MST

Sure, maybe you can cap your PM to 100 with Reverser sooner from the feeding limits, but a difference of 2 days is worth saving 416,500MST in my book.
