How do I switch weapons to another character?

Dumb question. I found 4 star twin sabers, but I'm the one that has it, and most certainly won't waste my time changing class. I want to send it to my cast, but don't know how to do that.

When you go to your room from a portal, turn around and there will be a storage box that you can use with all you characters. But remember that theres a limit.
