how to pay for the licence (us and japanese version)

first i want to apologize, if there are other treads about this theme, but i'm in kinda hurry (again)

for me being european and never imported before (at least no version of pso) and so never needed to pay for a hunters licence before, i'd like to know how things will work with the hl-fee.

please could you state the different ways how i could pay for my hl, for both versions (us and japanese).

everything i heard so far is:

-per credit card, like visa or mastercard(?)
-per mail (jp-version) (<- this is confusing me a bit, because sending cash money to japan to pay the hl seems a bit strange to me...)
-...

especially i'd like to know which credit cards are possible, and which other ways to pay (banque-transfer maybe?) would be possible as well.

Take a look through these sites to see how you pay for a Hunters licence.
although DONT buy one until your sure you can connect to the game servers using you Gamecube/Dreamcast to navigate the folowing sites

unfourtunatly that seems to be the only way... and i doubt that the PAL version will be any different.

well... when all else fails... nag parents!!!

i'd be curious what the hl for europe will be this time... i hope its no annoying 1-payment-per-month... 1-per-quarter would be acceptable (not that i would like to pay for my hl ^_^)

Aaa...is this link for parchasing the HL for the US version only, or can it be used to pay for a JP HL? Because I'm having problems getting a HL for the JP version. There are little green notes by my english address and english e-mail, and it won't let me register...

So...what's up? What can I do?
