Check the makeover shop. Im not sure if males can get it, but i know that male beast cannot. My F newman can get it tho.

If its the yellow and blue stripey one with the white pompoms... nope sorry. But all races can get the same accessories, just diff depending on gender.

XD my Miyumiyu has it, it only comes in yellow and blue/purple stripes, but luckily those were the colors I was already wearing on my cast :3
