no, it affects your attack atp, not base atp. I tried...

don't worry about it, they're not as fun as they sound... I was very disapointed when I first got to play with one, I was like "I just spent HOW MUCH on synth materials?! FOR THIS?! >_<+++"
well im newman female... going wartecher... i got rising strike maxed... what next weapon i should use? i need wartech lvl10 and lvl 50+ for claw... and my month finish soon...
and i wont pay for another month...
