Luck Question

I can't remember who I heard this from, but in one of the games I played a player or a friend, (EDIT) or a drunken MORON, said that luck for Casts and Beasts was naturally less than Humans and Newmans... for example a 3 luck day for a Cast was the same as a 1 or 2 luck day for Humans.

Sounds crazy to me, but PSU is a crazy place, (EDIT) not quite as crazy as the idiot who told this to me apparently, so I wanted to know if this was really true or not.

(EDIT) And it seems that it is not true, so thank you for the responses.

Personally, on my 3* lucky day on my Beast it's like luck is on over drive. Red shiny boxes everywhere; nearly a 100% synth rate on everything(the important ones break though); and good chances on Grinds.
