Buten Shuren-zan lv. 21

I have seen a few PA videos and I've seen a bunch of really interesting PAs. Thing is, in those videos the creator advertises level 30 PAs but Buten Shuren-zan (one handed dagger PA) doesn't seem to change at level 21. If anyone could shade some light on this it would be much appreciated.

from what i heard, it justs adds an extra spin to the second part of the PA.

Sounds good. It would be hard to add another combo after the kick at the end...you'd have to hop after the flying mobs.

One handed weapon PAs only have 2 parts to the combo

Is the damage multiplier increased significantly to compensate? >.>

Didn't really notice significant damage increase in story mode....
