mysterious purple whril

I saw this ring of purple mess just spinning with no one around so all just gathered to see if it would give us something but nothing happened. What is this a glitch or bug?

I notice when this ever happens when someone is in another block, it's their PA.

I sometimes randomly see Rising Crush animation and Ryo... w/e the dagger PAs when I'm in another block, dunno why it does that.

Probably a PA glitch... But I wouldnt know :0

You see, in the desert, theres this huge satelite in space that targets one character in the group. If you do not complete the mission in time, that person goes bye bye. That aura just means you are targeted.
