How exactly do you use Cut In Chat?

Be sure not to include the []

one example would be

@s21 Argh!

And you would get the face to come up with a screaming bubble saying Argh!.

@ is needed, then you can either skip the s or use the one for the bubble text. The first number is for emotion and the second one is for your face's direction
