I do 18 push ups and 18 sit ups a day.
I am a monument of manliness!

Get a Nintendo Wii!
9 out of 10 nerds agree, it "counts" as working out!
2 push-ups? What the hell? That all? not to boasr but I can do 100+ easily so can all of the people I know. you should really work on that man. Just start out slowly try and do 3 pushups just keep doing that, everyday?, and eventually you'll get used to it.
Call me a safe bet. I'm betting I'm not.
I'm glad that you can forgive.
Only hoping as time goes, you can forget.
Exercise's a way of life, I guess.
Pretty much. It has to be part of your daily routine just like showering for it to have any lasting effect.
eh i hope yoou arent in high school
Teens should be able to do at least 50 push ups
hell, i can do 50 if i really wanted to and put forth the effort.
thats what its all about, putting forth effort. I could probably run 10 miles tonight if i wanted too. Will i? no. i dont put forth the effort.
but seriously only 2? My gyma teacher made sure we could do at least 25 everyday... or else we would fail
Excercise hurts because you're fat.
If you're not fat, I was only joking around
Make sure to eat a lot of protein before, and after every work out. Otherwise working out will be counter productive for you. It will make it so you lose muscle instead of gain it. Also eat a good amount otherwise your body will break down muscle to make up for it.
Protein shake before and after every work out.
If you're going to be working out, make sure you eat a healthy diet.
Include lots of protein, as you'll need that to build those sexy muscles. Veggies and fruits help for your overall health as well. A multi-vitamin helps to ensure you get the maximum nutrition.
Well. I do this exercise schedule thing I learned from a friend.
10 push ups
20 sit ups
28 step ups
14 shoulder blade squeezes
14 abdominals
10 tricep "carries"
3 times in a row. It works. In the middle of summer, I was an obese 250 pounder. I did that for a long time, along with taking walks 3 - 5 days a week, and lost 80 pounds. I am now pretty much in shape. You have to dedicate yourself to it. It CAN be fun. Listen to music while doing it. Thats what I do. As well as bringing my CD player during my walks.
Sadly, I can't do that outside walking anymore. It's winter, and it's usually too cold to walk for more than 5 minutes. I need to find a gym or something. =/
