I wanted to do this chart after I read that great post)

(NOTE: For Nosmegid, Megid and Megiverse, I guessed on elemental look. Figured since megid is purple, it would be dark. Correct me if I am wrong and I will update. Thanks!)

I don't see Axe anywhere on there, not even with ????

PAs are gained by completing an S rank mission with an S rank, yes?

Is it a particular mission or any S rank mission?

PA fragments are gained from any S rank mission, you need 50 of them to get the lowest of the Ultimate PAs

Hey Yeah what about Axe...Oh well at least there is Spear.. and Double Claw
