I believe US PSO DC servers are shut down a while ago. JP's & EU servers however are still open, perhaps even free.

If I have the US version does that mean I cannot connect to the Other servers?
I'm not sure if this is against the rules(sry if it is), but I know there's a private server in which you can play on, not sure where tho.

The JP HL servers are free.

private servers require a codebreaker disk and a code to change the place were you connect
i have sended you some links....try them out and tell them your doubts
It is againt the forum rules to promote private servers.
