Grrr! Billing problems

Ok, so I decided that waitingo 2hr+ for a party in FFXI was kinda lame and decided to go PSU online.

everythigs was fine till I put my CC info and submit the transaction, I got an error, "fine" I thin I must have screwed some code or something, I tried again... and to times later I decided to log to my Bank Page and found that I was $40 less... the money was charged but the account is not active and the PlaySega log says that the CC was rejected...

so, it sucks... I have $40 less and no game account...

Already done that, and I was whining here to know if this has happen before and how it was solved.

Didn't you hear that you should NEVER trust sega?
(sorry for not being supportive these things happen complain to sega until they correct this for you...but don't expect results until 2050 =/)
