ok since youj're so desperate I'll tell you. But all you had to do is use common sence to figure this one out. Ready!? Say you wanna find an AL RAPPY. You find a room full of yellow Rappies. Set up a telepipe, go back to pioneer, pipe back down to Ragol,and then eventually ther'll be an AL RAPPY. or two. So that's the telepipe trick. It never works for me though.

Also it has to be done offline only. It does not work online. Plan on being there for a while, it can take hours for your rare enemy to show up and he may not always drop the rare you want. Most of the time you end up with meseta but if you keep at it you'll get what you were shooting for.
