I think the ice caves are relatively short. Haven't test compared to others tho.

I wouldn't run solo, since you need 4 people to get all the goodies in Forest...

System Defense. Sure, it has three blocks, but they are ridiculously short compared to the ones of the other missions I have tested.
Only Desert goliath may be faster.

Ice Caves is kinda long imo, you lose way too much time running compared to the others.

I'd say Mine defense; it's only 2 blocks. And you only need to beat 2 mobs to clear the whole second block. The first block can have a bit of running depending which map variation you get, but overall it's still probably the fastest.
