Is it true that all shields and frames for level 79 and up are "special"? I just got to LV 81, had to give my friend back the borrowed LV 75 armor, so I'm stuck with Holiness Armor and Ultimate Shield.

it is always over too soon...
in dreamcast, the store bought barriers after level 63 or so were usually 9 star and more, and armor was somewhere in the 70s. they lowered them from "special" for gamecube and xbox.
something is a little bit "off" in the next guide, because my force is wearing an ultimate frame, and it definitely has only 8 stars, and needs level 80 to use...

The Ultimate Frame can be purchased from the armor store and found, and it's required level is 80. The Celestial Armor (level 85) was not considered a special armor when it was on DC, but now it is. Any other armors over level 80, as well as several under that level, are considered special (they come in a red box.)
