I don't have a Horsea though.

Also, do you have to get far enough into the game to trade over WFC?
Cause every time I go into the other parts of the pokecenter (not the ad-hoc type trade) they give me some sort of reason why I cant go in or something.

I'd be willing to help you get your gengar, if we can figure out why I cant get into the trade part yet.

You did go down stairs and configure your wi-fi right? First turn on the pokemon and fix the wi-fi from the menu, then go from there. How far are you? Cause after I got past azalea they opened the second part of the pokemon center for me... Not meaning to sound pushy or come off an asshole LOL
