Custom Firmware and PSP2

Hello, im come from germany and sorry for my very bad english.
Have play PSP with my Custom firmwar without Problems, now i will buy PSP2 wehen is came out in Europe to play online, now my question, can i play with a custom firmware without the risk of a ban when i play online?
Somebody buy the American version and play online on Custom firmware 5.50-d3 and can me say how it works?

Regardless, asking about that stuff here is ill recommended. Asking for links also is against the ToS. I would suggest you find other methods which you will not find here.
