And what's this thing on Sacred Cluster I thought SUV Weapons could only be used by CASTS and they can't be used for that long.

Thats Finjer R, from Phantasy Star Zero. Nothing to do with SUVs. They always ride on hover boards.

The dogs are Gonans, mini fire Delbiters that shoot small Foies and charge and stuff.

Thanks good to know. Are they a rare enemy? I've only seen 2, and they were both in that mission. That's the second one took a few tries to get the photo.

They're Neudaiz enemies that only pop up in the full version's story mode (1-1) and in Infinity missions. Not rare, though.
