I HAVE PSOBB PC VERSION I MAKE A PARTY FOR SINGLE PLAYER I CLICK THE MAIN STORY AND I DID EVERY SINGLE MISSION ON THE MAIN STORY BUT THE SECRET DELIVERY IS NOT THERE AND WHEN I GO TO THE PRINCIPAL THEY ARE NOT THERE ITS EMPTY BUT WHEN I PLAY ONLINE THE PRINCIPAL IS THERE AND I ALL READY COMPLETED THE FOREST MISIION SO PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Go to the principle in online mode and complete the government quests to unlock the next set of solo missions. You can start up the government quests by talking to the little girl left of the principle.
