can a high lv help

Kinda curious, what exactly is a "cast weapon"?

As to your problem, as you can see, simply asking for people to give you weapons isn't received all too well. Asking for help leveling is fine and all, but we all have to work for our gear.

I'll give a tip, take what money you have, go to your vision phone and search the player shops. (Search for shop, search by condition, select the weapon type you want and rarity and you should be able to find some affordable gear) Once you have some weapons head over to the GRM shop on Parum and do some Innocent Girl. The Exp payout is very good and it will give you quite a bit of cash as well.
