Would you however mind explaining, what you mean by "immediately trash the entire ending score"?
Do you mean that it is "trashed" permanently or just, that the "Nagisa Points" are lowered?

I mean more that those options will prevent you from obtaining the true ending in a single playthrough, regardless of your Nagisa score up until that point. You will need to run the chapters again picking the right options.

4-2 is a bit of a messy area that I'm not too clear on entirely due to the whole fighting a main storyline NPC thing. But basically make the right choice and you can't go wrong regarding the true ending.

For a simpler way to manipulate your ending - assuming you follow the already posted guide for true end - you can..

Bad End: Bad choice in chapter 4-2
Normal End: Pick the lower option after 5-1 boss (if no dialogue options shows, you are already on track to receive it)
True End: None of the above, with correct story choices (which generally follow the pattern of 'believe/talk/defend/feed/agree with Nagisa' at most opportunities)

It is impossible to permanently lock your character in to any given ending so don't sweat it, you may just have to run missions again to undo your naughtiness or raise your Nagisa score. It is completely possible to run all the story missions multiple times on the same character to get all rewards/titles.

Right, you can buy a JPN PSN card from play-asia among other places. For any item that has a green symbol on it though, they're free and you can get them while you have 0 yen in your account.

Yes, it's dlc. There's a link on their website, but if you have online, go on and it will add the mission automatically.

Is there a simple phrase in Japanese that I can use in the party description or quick word menu that basically says I can't understand Japanese, or that I can only understand English? Ii wanna try hosting some random parties when my friends aren't online.

Literally: I don't understand except for English.

(I found this via google searching and with Ricardo's (WBMike) help, I was able to use the triangle to get the kanji for English and learn that り (ri) doesn't look the same in all fonts. Infinity actually linked the two parts of り so that it looks as I found in a Hiragana chart that Ricardo told me I should google. Though weither it turned out as it's suppose to well... hopefully someone will let me know. )
