I'm pretty sure that it's only a visual level cap. It appears to be 9999, but you're still dealing more.

Can we please not count in weak bullet? its not like everyone hear parties up with a ranger that uses it in the right time.

Mine would be around 2.2k with wired lance but that was around mid 20s. I'm sure it wasn't an infected or with weak bullet as I solo'd the slinky dragon and I dont think it has a weak point (didnt even touch its tail)

it does have weak point when it streches and you git the middle

No. That damage was Freeze Detonate on a Caterdran's exposed, broken tail and tagged with a weak bullet.
