No. There's two classes of these items. The -1 grind protect does exactly as it says, while the AC Scratch version nullifies all reductions and is the one they're talking about.

Seriously? I've read guides, wikis, watched grinding videos, and browsed that section of the market plenty of times. I've never heard of this item.

A lot of my frustrations with this system could have easily been avoided if I'd heard about this sooner. Hell, half the time I whine about the RNG system I say I'd be alright with it if we got an item that eliminated grind losses on failure.

Now I find out exists! Oh happy day!

Just to be positive: I CAN buy this off the player shops, right?

The normal one is 強化リスク減少（-1） while the nullification one is 強化リスク減少（保護）, and yes you can buy this from the MyShops from what I understand. However, they are expensive as you can see from MCF's post. Not sure if it's cheaper to blow your savings on a few 180k items versus toughing it out though.

every time Screw up so many grinds, I just look at this and feel a little bit better. I'm not sure who the artist is, as my brother sent to me after I wasted a ridiculous amount of meseta to get a +5.

300 grinders spent on trying to grind the 9* launcher... It is now currently at +5. Fuck you dodo.

^ Similar situation, except I'm on +7, and am buying those -1's till I get to +8, so each grind is costing me something like 60k. After that I'm gonna spend about 250k per grind to safely get it to +10. I know that feel

Edit: And now its +5 again. Dammit Dodo. Nothing like farming for the money, only to waste it all and start from scratch.
