Partner Cards Help and Title Help?

Getting 25 Partner cards took a while, around many 2-3 weeks, I started when the game was release that month. I decided to do it again, there a good amount of people still online but they usually don't send me there partner card when I send them mine. This title is my most hated title out of all of them on the list. If anyone still trying to do this title let me know because I am trying to finish it.

There some other titles I want to do to. There is a Multi Title I am assuming it means playing multiplayer?
I am sure Ad Hoc App wil work good for it

That is all I think of the current annoying titles that I am trying to do.
