Need some help about latency

no, nobody moved here recently
this is a new dsl connection i had just a week ago, it was all going well until this past sunday
heres a tracert i have for ship2 and a random ship2 block:

No clue what could be causing this, but I'd look to fix those timeouts you got. Try a higher quality ethernet cable or something, don't know what else to tell you.

Those timeout are quite common if you just ping or traceroute some random server, the servers probably are setup not to respond to icmp packets.
But I don't get why his first traceroute log ends up coming back to his router

tried putting my firewall down both on my router and my pc and i still have the same problem

Best thing is to do ping tests to japan like on pingtest.net, if reseting router/modem does nothing then you have to complain to your ISP about your issue or anybody in your household downloads or uses the net for any reason, another thing is to try a wired connection to the modem and router, wish i can help more though.
