I hope we can still unlock potentials at +10.
Kind of makes me think that to get Latent level 4 and 5, you have to get to +13 and +15. Or +15 for both. Thats the only way I could see going any higher than 10 as worth it.
If this has already been addressed whatever, I didn't get to see anything but a few screenshots. <_>

It would be great if you could only grind past +10 once for every level of its potential you have unlocked

Man I hope that NPC partner thing can Collect daily fun, send good jobs, Do TA's, Collect Exq passes and feed my mags. Would be the best update this game has ever had :3

In all seriousness, most of the discussion moved to grinds after the revelation of +15 possibilities. So I'm wondering: "Why such a big fuss over it?"

Because grinding is a very frustrating mechanic in the game, and +15 will make it even more frustrating if they don't increase the success rate alot.
