Yeah, the only thing that saved the EA conference was Mirror's Edge 2. The rest is the same old thing you see every year. I give the conference a C overall.

Looks like I was sniped with the ME2 trailer.
That's okay.
If any game trailer warrants multiple postings, it's this one.
In fact, can someone post it a third time? I'm feeling like two isn't enough.
Hype.
Unless the game somehow manages to have less content than the first and removes the parkour there is literally no way I can be disappointed with ME2.
What if half the game is dlc?
Yeah, still won't be disappointed.
After the first, and what I liked in it, my qualifications for liking ME2 are thus:
I can jump off walls
Pretty colors
Trailer shows both. Already love it.
Yeah. I mean, I'll say this: they could always surprise us and put out a fun game. I'm not counting on it, but I still remember when Rocksteady came out with the first Batman Arkham game. I had never heard of them, but they're now a premier developer in the industry. (Then again, instead of releasing a bunch of shovelware, Rocksteady's only prior release was an weird but kind of fun PS2/Xbox FPS. Maybe Rocksteady isn't a perfect comparison.)
Of course, the funny thing here is that the trailer barely shows any parkour and instead shows mostly combat.
