So i get the 650 error and when i Log into the isao it tells me to register an email. My pso2 account was connected to hotmail but i heard that sega blacklisted them? So im not sure what to do now, if i register a new email it tells me to make a new sega id? will i lose all my stuff?

Well I'm in even bigger trouble because hotmail works now but it seems i forgot the email i used for the account which is weird because normally i write all the info down incase i ever need it but unfortunately i don't have it... now i dont remember what email i used for the sega ID >< is there anyway to find out what email i used?

Sadly, other than you remembering it yourself, there's no way to recover it.
