Item codes? Locked to character?

I got the game for the Vita and entered my codes and received all my items in the game.

However I still need to redeem these items. So I presume sharing weapons between characters is simple. But are any of thee items locked to this character? EXT boosts, clothing, ect?

Might make a new character and would hate to waste them.

The only thing that isn't shared is appearance items, ie. accessories, hairstyles, emblems/stickers, makeup, and body paint. Anything else can be put in storage and accessed by characters on the same ship.

So if I use those items they become available at the appearance change character for that character alone?

Lobby actions are account wide.

Everything else IE hairstyles, accessories of all sorts, are only available in the makeover shop to the Character that used the ticket for said accessories.
