Almost all the rings come with S/R/T-Atk/Def. The additional grinds give you more of that, I suppose.

Oh, that's some good info if it's accurate. Turns out there is a point to grinding the PK rings past 11; it's still 3%, but the HP threshold lowers to 75% at level 20.
Do those HP threshold values even show up when you check the ring attributes? Well then.
DB Snatch stupid?
To me that sounds like snatch step, i.e step > ja allowing you to skip the step attack and greatly speeding you up as well as easily mixing a lot more evasive actions into dpsing.
Either way, I expected that the rings wouldn't be fmax lvl skill values cause that's op but it's a but of a bummer PK is only 3% and crit only 5%, the 20% crit rate is nice, though.
That'll actually put melee at 75% crit rate (not considering dex, not sure how that actually factors in) with crit on both stances.
Sega knows about the WB problem. Just doesn't have the balls or brains to really adress it.
