I've had this problem as well, and yes, it doesn't do anything if you click yes. It also doesn't do anything if you try to update manually using the "new update method" from the menu.Originally Posted by AIDA

Now, for almost all actions that I try to make the Tweaker do, all it does is ask where my pso2_bin directory is and then nothing else. This includes trying to install translation patches and trying to run the game itself.

New method has been broken for some time, please avoid it and don't hit yes when it pops up. Instead, use the old method.

Up until a few weeks ago, I could still use the new method from the menu, after declining to update automatically. It's just seems to be completely broken ever since the Tweaker update with the new new method (whatever it was called).
I have been updating using the official launcher and THEN using Tweaker to patch things back. Saying Yes to "new update" doesn't do much of anything (since everything is updated anyway).
