Despite normal attacks getting massively buffed with Sac Bite Type-0, they don't even come close to overshadowing PAs. It's just a fad IMO.

Unless it gets nerfed, SacBite0 + Sealed Dragon's Roar can definitely match PA damage and 13s. Only issue is getting the Boosters in the first place, unless you already play es.
