Yup, if its a regular cane, you have to be level 100 and its gotta be ground to +55. You also need at least 650 MST to use it on the cane.
I thought you could also use it on the Spirit Garmet to make an Aura Field if you're lv/ 152 or higher? That's what I'm saving mine for, legit Aura Field!
