Problem with my IsaoID

Hi .

I've a great problem with my IsaoID, then when I'm going to buy a Hunter License, it ask me the IsaoID and my password, but when I've written them, it showed an error and the field where I've written my information was deleted, it ask me to write again the Isao information, but the error continue show... anyone know what happened.

if i remember a while ago, they (isao.net) updatated their systems, basicly if you said you were under a certian age, your account get changed to a different type which couldnt be used to pay for things such as PSO hunters licences, and you needed to re-register somehow, in order to continue to purchase stuff.
