Mag: For a Fonewearl

i mostly play solo offline and i do fine with 2 mags. I have an all around good mag Bhima lvl 200 because its a FOnewearl I uh tried to make it even stats i gave it 65 mst, 45 of the rest. Just wanted a balanced one. Then right now I'm currently raising a mind mag which has like 120ish mst so far.. But for me things are alot easier with my Bhima because FOnewearl already has enough mst.

The Mag my FOnewearl uses, which serves her quite well, is a Soma with the stats 5/0/35/160 and the PBs Estlla, Pilla and Mylla&Youlla. It does invincibility all around, is dual-shoulder, and looks good... The problem with this is that it's a B-type ID Hunter MIND>DEX>POW Mag, and thus she is unable to maintain it herself and it has to go to my HUmar or my HUcaseal for synchro raising. If you don't mind the occasional mag kicking-around, though, I'd go with a Soma like mine, just to be different. >P All I ever see are Satos, Nidras and Mag cell Mags. Never once seen another Soma. *hugs Soma* Maybe I should make a guide on it, it takes some careful feeding to keep the DEX down to leave it at 35.

a 5/0/45 or 50/150 or 145 isn't a bad idea for a Sato or Nidra

My FOnewearl's mag is 30/0/0/170. It works very well on my 127 FOny.I would reccomend 25/0/25/150. I have found myself casting 3 foie's to kill something when after 2 it has 50ish HP left. But, crappy ata= no melee, at all.

you wont be meleeing with a mind mag anyway...melee for forces requiers its own mag., pow/dex mag, and a separate mind mag.

meh, I guess having 2 mags would be better. I just don't like the hassle of switching mags to kill something. Plus, the already rare PB for forces would become non existant. Changing mags empties your PB meter. But still, 2 mags is probably a better idea.

My FOnewearl uses a 10/0/5/185 mag cell mag. I used vulpes's guide ( very well done ) to get the mag to its 3rd evolution then mag celled it when it got to lv 100 because it's a much better feeding rate after the mag cell.
My take on the fonewearl is that she is inherently a tech-only force. Her strengths are her naturally high mst so I went with a way to accentuate these strengths and not make her something that she is not meant to be. At level 101 with 2 god/minds, the mind mag and a summit moon she surpassed 2000 TP. She's a terror offline and does well enough online plus she is set up to max evade, def and mst at lv 200. Then again, if I had gone the route of a 5/0/45/150 4th evolution mag then I could use some geist mechguns to save on some cash. Either way would be suitable methinks.
