GC-Quest: About "Today's Rate"

I remember in the DC days, today's rate actually give % to the weapon you converted... Now has anyone try it on GC? I hope I remember right -_-;

You do remember right, now the prize for completing that sub-quest will not allow you to convert enemy parts, it's just a material, Luck, IIRC.
