mebbe i've not been thorough enough in my research, but does anyone know if the beat has any bearing on the kind or amount of loot you find? for me, i've noticed that at certain times [like beat 150-170] i'm piping after every other room.

    am i imagining it?

Does anyone read the instruction booklet anymore??? It clearly states in the Gamecube booklet for PSO on p.41 about Internet Time. "This globally compatible format for telling time is based on Internet Time Units called .beats (24 hours divided into 1000 beats), developed by Swatch. It is expecially useful when arranging meeting times with PSO players from around the world. Does that clear things up???

Actually no, since that doesn't answer (curse you anwserman for making me question my spelling! But not a bad curse, a, uh, good one) the question of IF beat time has an affect on drop rates.

And, as stated, the answer is no.

Do people read the topics anymore?

i'm just saying that beats are there as a universal measure of time. That's it.
