The special for Rappy's Fan is listed as a vague "Confusion". I don't know exactly what it is, but I think it could be updated.

These two pages (1, 2) aren't listed alphbetically. The other lists are. Maybe make the default listing alphabetic for consistancy?

I have a Jpn guide book for PSO GC that list the special for the Rappy's Fan as Havoc.

I updated the Rappy Fan so its special says "havoc."

Tomeeboy will have to put the other pages in alphabetical order.
